Is it not He (Allah) Who created the heavens and the earth, and sends down for you water from the sky by which We cause to spring forth gardens of joyful beauty, (whereas) it is not in your power to cause (even a single one of) their trees to grow?

Is there any other deity along with Allah?

No! But most of them are a people who have equated (other with Allah)!
