5 More Sundays

This year, we at the Islamic Sufi Study Center in Charlottesville, Virginia, will once again offer a series of 5 Sunday programs under the auspices of Sh. ‘Ahmed Abdur-Rashid and Sh. Nooruddeen Durkee with special guest speakers to be announced.

The subjects covered will be What? Why? Who? Where? and When? The last Sunday in April will be an inter-active Workshop in which we will deal with the practical applications of the subject matter of the preceding talks.

The first Sunday, October 30th, will begin at 12 Noon and go to 6 PM. The dates for subsequent programs are listed on the right hand side of the poster above. Lunch and late afternoon tea will be served for all, and there will be the opportunity, for those who wish, to stay for dinner and join in recitation of Qur’an & group Dhikr followed by Salatu-l-’Isha.

Free will donations, large or small, are always welcome and thankfully accepted. All events, ‘insha-Allah, will be webcast free of charge for the benefit of distant audiences or those living at a distance or who are unable to travel to Charlottesville. Peace and justice for all.
